Leadership transition intensive program (6 x 90-minute sessions)
This is a series of six 90-minute sessions held at weekly intervals via “Zoom”. The weekly interval allows participants to practice skills, and to reflect on progress and problems to bring to the next session. It begins with a management style audit, self-awareness and development, effective communication, relationships and boundaries, power and influence, transition: trouble shooting and challenges.
The sessions preceded by a 45-minute “Zoom” consultation (at no additional cost) for introductions, future appointments arranged and for me to learn about the situation and context of the participant.
The cost is AU$498 per session (plus GST).
Specific issue (1 x 90-minute session)
This is one 90-minute session via “Zoom” in one of the following areas: management style audit, understanding yourself, understanding communication, developing relationships and boundaries, power and influence, trouble shooting and challenges.
The cost of the 90-minute session is AU$498 (plus GST).
Team training
This is a one-day face-to-face training course, covering management style, self-awareness and development, effective communication, relationships and boundaries, power and influence, transition: trouble shooting and challenges.
Cost on application – maximum six participants.
